Healthy Living Series: Burn More Calories Than You Take InUCI Health Discover how to live well and be equipped with the tools you need to improve your life and well-being. This online series will help you gain knowledge on important health topics, exchange resources, solve problems, provide mutual support and empower you to take charge of your health. Classes take place every other Tuesday 3 to 4 p.m. On Aug. 15, the class will discuss how to burn more calories than you take in. On Aug. 29, the topic will be how to manage stress. Acupressure for Labor Pain and After-Delivery CareUCI Health Learn how you can use acupressure to reduce pain during labor as well as after delivery for breastfeeding. In this 60-minute Zoom class, pregnant mothers and their labor partner(s) will learn how to apply acupressure during labor and after delivery, as well as the benefits for your overall health and wellness during the first days after your baby's birth.
