Classes take place every other Tuesday from 3 to 4 p.m. This class will discuss how to manage stress. Future topics include heart health (May 23) and healthy eating as we age (June 6).

Acupressure for Labor Pain and After-Delivery Care

Learn how you can use acupressure to reduce pain during labor as well as after delivery for breastfeeding. In this 60-minute Zoom class, pregnant mothers and their labor partner(s) will learn how to apply acupressure during labor and after delivery, as well as the benefits for your overall health and wellness during the first days after your baby's birth.

An advance healthcare directive does just that — it tells your healthcare providers what you want to have done (and not done) when you can't speak for yourself. In this 90-minute class, a doctor and social worker will explain what a healthcare directive form is and how they are used.
