Advance Directives

UCI Health
March 2
Noon–1:30 p.m.

Who will speak for you and your healthcare if you can't speak for yourself? An advance healthcare directive does just that — it tells your healthcare providers what you want to have done (and not done) when you can't speak for yourself. In this 90-minute class, a doctor and social worker will explain what a healthcare directive form is and how they are used.
